Transpersonal Dreamwork session. The process of working with a dream through the mind, body and soul. Our way of thinking and inner world is reflected in our dreams, through voice, metaphor and action. Our dreams can help us to become more aware about what is truly happening in our inner world, and provide plenty of imagery that supports our healing process. This dreamwork method combines the creative imagination, psychological knowledge and healing, together with the involvement of the body and physical sensations as a feedback instrument. It is an extremely effective way of combining the spiritual, psychological and neurobiological approaches to healing. An initial Consultation prior to dreamwork is preferred but not absolutely necessary.
